    the venue has nice and amazing setting in hotel district not far from the malls, restaurants, and mexico. the room is nice with breakfast, also they can offer wake-up service. the stuff are outstandingly accommodating, overall.

    The fine beachfront view is amazing.

    I was infuriated by the poor communication regarding the van we ordered for Tulum. We were given a ludicrous price that somehow doubled by the end of the ride, clearly not what was discussed. The shower in our suite leaked everywhere, flooding the main room, and instead of resolving it properly with a room change, they just sent someone to mop up the mess. This is not what I expected for the money we paid. Everything was overpriced and the service was downright disappointing.

    The coffee at Sls is the real deal, a perfect pick-me-up to start your day. The fine pool area seemed like a slice of paradise. Plus, the well-decorated room was a cherry on top!

    The butler service ghosted us on WhatsApp, a letdown. We hit some high prices for food and drinks, with a $45 lobster roll feeling like a punch in the gut, especially when NYC does it for less.

    The spacious room struck me with its beautiful decor and inviting ambiance. I loved the amazing shower, a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The gym was great with its modern equipment and layout. The fine sea view from my suite added a serene touch to my experience.

    The coffee here is amazing, really gets you going. Room was spacious and beautifully designed with a private bathroom, a shower, and a balcony offering a quiet street view. Pool area is fine, perfect for relaxation. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the gym was great too! Spa facilities were a nice touch as well.
